Bell Flavors & Fragrances EMEA will be presenting flavours for beverages, sweet and savoury products at the Gulfood Manufacturing in Dubai from 5 to 7 November. On stand R-P15 in the German Pavilion, the team will be showcasing new and proven flavours for energy drinks, malt beverages and soft drinks. Compositions for confectionery and baked goods as well as savoury sauces, broths and snacks will also be on show.

After a break of several years, Bell is back at Gulfood Manufacturing, the leading trade fair for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia. With almost 20 years of experience in the Arab-African region, Bell combines quality made in Germany with flavours that are popular and in demand in the region. Based in Leipzig, Germany, the company offers both convincing and cost-effective solutions for typical flavours that are in demand by many customers.

Ripe and aromatic fruits characterise the profile of many of the products the team has developed specifically for the EMEASA region. Berry compositions – both for carbonated soft drinks and trendy macaroons – are a central theme. One of the German manufacturer’s great strengths is in standards. These range from classics such as cola, orange and lemon to regional specialities such as Mango Alphonso for beverages and Istanbuli cheese for savoury products.

Creative and innovative products and flavour technologies are also part of the portfolio. Bell will present its REDsugar technology for malt beverages, which can save up to 30 percent sugar. Meanwhile, the Savoury Twists collection will provide inspiration for new barbecue sauces. Here, savoury and sweet notes blend together to create explosions of flavour.
